About Us

NDC LLC was founded as NDC, Inc. by David A. Ulrich, Sr. in 1977.  NDC LLC is one of three companies built by Mr. Ulrich; the others are Tri City National Bank and Mega Marts, Inc.

NDC LLC is owned by the Ulrich family with Kathleen McGarry as its current Chairman of the Board.

What We Do

The company's primary business is real estate investment.  It currently owns and manages approximately one million square feet of commercial property. The company also operates a commercial real estate brokerage, NDC Realty, and provides property management and general contracting services.
Where We Are Located

NDC LLC is located at the Tri City Shopping Center at the southeast corners of South 27th Street and West College Avenue in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
